Shop Policies
Please read the following policies before placing an order in the shop. By ordering, you agree to follow the policies below. Failure to follow shop policies may result in no longer being able to purchase future orders.
For updates on production, shipping, and new products, please visit @berryheroic on instagram. A highlight titled "Updates" will contain information on shop updates.
- For new drops, I ask that you wait AT LEAST 4 weeks before reselling your item(s).
- Resale or Proxy through Facebook is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in future orders being canceled.
- I do not approve of mark up resale for profit.
Refunds & Exchanges
I do NOT accept refunds, cancellations or exchanges on orders.
By purchasing, you are aware of this. This policy now applies to both preorders and in-stock orders.
Preorders
Please understand that production time may take anywhere from 2 to 4 months before shipping. Items, especially enamel pins and plushies, are hand made items that will have a longer wait time before you can receive your order.
If you do not feel comfortable with the wait period, please refrain from purchasing preorders and wait for in-hand listings.
However, do understand, preorders do not have a guarentee of being in stock once they arrive. Some preorder items will be limited.
Orders with both in stock and preorder items will be shipped out ONLY when all items are in stock. If you'd like to receive in stock items faster, please make seperate orders (one for in-stock items and another for preorders).
Please refrain from emailing or messaging in regards to production time or aggressively pushing for faster production fill. Multiple emails pushing for faster production time can and will result in you no longer being able to purchase future orders/cancelation of any future orders.
Shipping
Orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 3-5 days for shipping to be processed.
Delivery time will vary depending on your location, but all orders do come with tracking. Within the USA, it may take anywhere from 3-7 business days. Do understand that after drop off and processing, USPS my experience delays or delivieries may take longer than expected depending on holiday hours or world circumstances (ex. pandemic).
For International order, please understand that customers are responsible for paying customs fees, taxes, and any other charges/fees from your country. These are not within my control. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
If you happen to not see your country listed under shipping options, please contact me through email ahead of time so that I may check if your country can be added.
Lost/Stolen Mail
I, unfortunately, have no control over packages after mail is dropped at the post office.
Please contact your post office if your package and items have been lost or stolen and follow the process through them.
Missing & Damaged Items
If you notice that your order is missing items or is damaged (NOT including the grading system of enamel pins), please email me with your order number and a photo of the items within 7 days of your package being delivered. I will do my best to ship items, replacements, or refund depending on stock.
